How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile → Sign out → Delete account. Your personal data is removed within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email privacy@mycircal.app and we'll do it for you.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We'll email you a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@mycircal.app.
Does MyCircal handle the actual payments?
No · MyCircal tracks who owes whom and tells you the smallest set of payments to settle up. The money moves through your bank or your usual payment app.
Can I use MyCircal on the web?
A read-only web view is on the roadmap. For now, the full experience lives in the iOS and Android apps.
How do I leave a group?
Open the group, tap the kebab menu in the top-right, then Leave group. If you're the only owner, you'll be asked to transfer ownership first.
Is MyCircal free?
Yes. The core app is free and we plan to keep it that way. We may add optional paid features in the future, but the planning and splitting that make MyCircal useful won't be put behind a paywall.
How do you make money?
For now, we don't. We're keeping the cost base small and exploring optional paid add-ons. We don't sell data, and we never will.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Australia, managed by Microsoft Azure. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
